Next step After Vinyasa 1. For students who are comfortable with the fluidity of basic Vinyasa flow as well as their own specific alignment needs. In this class you will further your knowledge with the introduction of intermediate poses to develop flexibility and strength. You will build subtle awareness of the body and breath using energy techniques, Bandhas (energy locks), breathing exercises, and Pranayama.
