Vinyasa Flow Yoga (All Levels/Basics) This Vinyasa flow class is for all levels with no experience required. We will explore asanas using the breath to link one pose to another focusing on a slower pace to learn the basics of safe alignment and connection with the breathe. The more experienced practitioner can explore their individual expression as their practice develops.
Areas of focus: Strength and core building poses, increasing flexibility, inversions, compassion, focus, meditation, stress relief, beg-basic pranayama
